Each cartridge is print tested before it is boxed and shipped and a copy of that print test will accompany the cartridge
We warrants our laser toner cartridge to be free of defects for the life of the cartridge.
We will, at our option, replace the cartridge or refund the full purchase price of any cartridge found to be defective.
We further warrants that under normal use and operation, this remanufactured laser toner cartridge will not cause any damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any printer for which the cartridge was specifically designed. Any claim that the use of this remanufactured cartridge has resulted in printer damage must be verified with satisfactory evidence that the cartridge was the direct cause.
And if our cartridge is found to be at fault we will pay the cost of repairs by a qualify technician.
This warranty will become null and void if the cartridge has been tampered with by unauthorized personnel, improperly stored or used in a manner considered abnormal.
Our liability under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement or reimbursement as defined herein. No other expressed or implied warranty shall exist, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
All cartridges must be returned to us for inspection by our quality control before a credit is issued or replacement shipped.

If customers find any exterior defect, such as broken or stained defect before they use MEXTEC product,
Company will replace or return product according to customer requirement.
If customers doubt any interior quality problem of MEXTEC product when they use, please keep the work status of machine. Do not take our product out of machine.Contact with MEXTEC office or agent in signed
writing letter or fax enclosing print or copy sample. Our technician will examine and define the problem.
If the problem is from our product, MEXTEC will replace or return the product according to customer requirement.
If customers find machine breakdown during they use MEXTEC product.Our technician will examine and define the problem.If the reason of the problem is from our product,MEXTEC will afford all the expensive of machine reparation.If the reason of the problem is from machine quality, MEXTEC may still provide repair if the customers need.The customers will pay all the reparation expensive.
If there is any argument or dispute of responsibility of defect or problem,the customer can send the machine to an authorized quality organization.If the reason is from MEXTEC product after the organization inspection and identification,we will pay all the expensive including the inspection and identification fee.
Expect the quality responsibility,we will not replace or return product in case of the following situations:
A.The customers have use more than 60% consumption materials;
B.The customers operation leads to difficulty of identification;
C.The customers abuse, such using wrong type, incorrect operation,machine defect or breakdown.
